We’ve added two major new features to help Scheduli businesses earn more, prepare for appointments and provide an even better customer experience.
Sell branded Gift Cards
You can now create and sell digital Gift Cards directly through your Scheduli business profile.
Customise your cards using your business logo and colours, choose the available values and set an expiry period—or allow them to remain valid indefinitely.
Customers can purchase Gift Cards online and receive a professionally styled card by email. The card can then be redeemed securely when making a booking.
From your dashboard, you can:
- Customise the front and back of your Gift Cards
- Sell cards through your public business profile
- Issue complimentary Gift Cards to customers
- Track balances and redemption activity
- View purchased, active, redeemed and expired cards
- Redeem cards against eligible appointments
Gift Cards are included with every Scheduli subscription plan.
Create professional Client Consultation Forms
You can now build branded Client Consultation Forms and assign them to specific services.
Add your own questions, guidance, declarations and signature requirements. When a customer books an assigned service, Scheduli creates a secure consultation request connected to their appointment.
Customers can complete forms through their Scheduli account, while automatic reminders help prevent outstanding forms from being forgotten.
The consultation system includes:
- Custom questions and answer types
- Service-specific form assignments
- Business branding and contact details
- Customer declarations and typed signatures
- Automatic incomplete-form reminders
- Completion confirmation emails
