Terms of Service
These terms explain how customers and visitors can use Scheduli to browse businesses, book appointments, manage accounts and use our online booking platform.

1. About Scheduli
Scheduli is an online booking platform for local, mobile and appointment-led service businesses across a wide range of industries. Scheduli provides software that helps businesses list services, manage availability, receive bookings, send customer messages and, where enabled, take online payments through Stripe.
2. Our Role as a Platform
Scheduli provides the technology platform. The business you book with is responsible for the service, appointment, staff, pricing, availability, cancellation rules, refunds, complaints and customer support connected to that booking. Unless we clearly state otherwise, Scheduli is not the provider of the appointment or service you book.
3. Using Scheduli
- You must use Scheduli lawfully and respectfully.
- You must provide accurate booking, account and contact information.
- You must not submit false bookings, impersonate another person or misuse the platform.
- You must not attempt to access accounts, bookings, data or systems that you are not authorised to access.
- You must not interfere with platform security, availability or operation.
4. Customer Bookings
When you make a booking through Scheduli, your booking is with the business shown on the booking page. Booking availability is controlled by that business and may change. The business may accept, reject, amend, cancel or reschedule bookings according to its own policies and availability.
Any service description, price, duration, deposit rule, payment option, cancellation rule or VAT note shown during the booking process forms part of the booking information provided by the business.
5. Customer Accounts
You may be invited to create a customer account after placing a booking. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
6. Payments, Deposits and Refunds
Where online payments are enabled, payments are processed by Stripe. Scheduli does not store full card details. Depending on the business settings, a customer may pay a deposit, pay in full online, or pay on the day.
The business you book with is responsible for refund decisions, service disputes, appointment changes and any balance due unless Scheduli clearly states otherwise. Stripe or other payment provider fees may apply to payment processing.
7. Cancellations and Changes
If cancellation is available through your customer account, you may submit a cancellation request or cancel a booking according to the business rules shown. Some paid bookings, deposits or late cancellations may require the business to handle refund or balance questions directly.
8. Emails and SMS Messages
Scheduli may send transactional emails and SMS messages about bookings, reminders, account security, verification, cancellations, payments and service updates. These messages are part of providing the booking service and are not general marketing messages.
9. Platform Availability
We aim to keep Scheduli reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, maintain, restrict or improve the platform from time to time.
10. Intellectual Property
Scheduli, our branding, software, interface design and platform content belong to Scheduli or our licensors. Businesses remain responsible for content they upload or submit, including logos, profile text, service details and images.
11. Liability
Scheduli is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, availability or outcome of services provided by independent businesses on the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies are used.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Scheduli develops. If we make important changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or businesses where appropriate.
