Business Terms
These terms apply to businesses, vendors and service providers using Scheduli to manage bookings, customers, staff, messages, subscriptions and customer payments.

1. Your Business Account
When you register a business account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out through your account.
2. Business Responsibility
Your business is responsible for the services it lists, the staff it provides, the accuracy of pricing and availability, booking rules, customer communication, cancellation handling, refunds, complaints and any legal or professional obligations that apply to your business.
3. Business Profiles and Public Listings
You must keep your business profile, services, opening hours, locations, staff details, payment settings and contact details accurate. Scheduli may hide, restrict or remove profiles that are inactive, unpaid, misleading, unsafe, unlawful or in breach of these terms.
4. Subscriptions, Trials and Plan Limits
- Scheduli subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
- Your selected plan controls staff limits, included SMS allowance, available features and billing amount.
- Trials may be limited in time and may end automatically if no paid subscription is started.
- If a trial expires, payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, Scheduli may restrict booking links, public profile visibility, reminders, payments or dashboard features until the account is reactivated.
- Plan upgrades, downgrades and cancellations may be handled through Scheduli or the Stripe Billing Portal.
5. SMS Allowance and Top-Ups
Included SMS allowances depend on your plan. Paid SMS top-ups stay with the business account unless used, refunded, expired by a stated policy or adjusted by Scheduli. SMS delivery depends on third-party providers and mobile networks, so delivery cannot be guaranteed in every case.
6. Customer Payments and Stripe Connect
Where Stripe Connect is enabled, customers may pay deposits or full balances online. Stripe handles card processing, connected account onboarding and payouts. Scheduli does not currently charge commission on customer bookings, but Stripe processing fees and other provider charges may apply.
Your business remains responsible for service delivery, refund decisions, chargebacks, disputes, customer queries, payout account accuracy and any tax or accounting treatment connected to payments received.
7. Refunds, Disputes and Cancellations
You must handle customer cancellation and refund requests fairly and in line with your own stated policies and applicable law. Scheduli may provide tools to record payment status, cancellation notes and booking information, but the business remains responsible for the customer relationship.
8. Customer Data
You must use customer data only for legitimate booking, service, communication, legal and business administration purposes. You must not misuse customer details, sell customer data, or send unlawful marketing. If you use customer data outside Scheduli, you are responsible for complying with data protection law.
9. Email and SMS Messages
Scheduli may send transactional emails and SMS messages for booking confirmations, reminders, account verification, trial expiry, subscription updates, payment updates and cancellations. You are responsible for choosing suitable reminder settings and ensuring customer contact details are entered correctly.
10. VAT, Tax, Licences and Compliance
Your business is responsible for VAT, tax, invoicing, licences, insurance, staff checks, qualifications, professional rules and any other obligations that apply to your services. If you display VAT information on Scheduli, you must make sure it is accurate.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not use Scheduli for illegal, misleading, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent or spam activity. You must not upload content that infringes another party's rights or creates risk for Scheduli, customers or other businesses.
12. Suspension or Termination
Scheduli may suspend, restrict or terminate a business account if we believe the account creates risk, breaches these terms, fails to pay, misuses customer data, receives serious complaints or harms the platform.
13. Platform Changes
Scheduli is still developing. We may add, change, remove or improve features, pricing, plan limits, integrations or workflows. If a material change affects active paid businesses, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it.
