Engineering foundations

I started work as a plant mechanic at 16, completed my apprenticeship with Holt JCB and went on to work with several hire companies. That background taught me to diagnose problems, build practical solutions and never settle for a job that is only half finished.

In 2018, I moved away from the plant industry to work alongside my wife, Rhian, at Sunshine Official Ltd. As the business grew, I began developing systems to make its processes calmer, clearer and easier to manage.
