Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Scheduli collects, uses and shares personal information for bookings, business accounts, customer accounts, messages, payments and platform support.
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. Who We Are
Scheduli is an online booking platform based in the United Kingdom. For privacy questions, contact info@scheduli.co.uk.
2. Information We Collect
- Business account details including owner name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, locations, profile details, staff, services, opening hours and preferences.
- Customer account and booking details including name, email address, phone number, appointment details, booking notes, booking history and cancellation notes.
- Login and security information including password hashes, reset tokens, verification codes, session data and security logs.
- Payment and billing references from Stripe including customer IDs, subscription IDs, connected account IDs, invoice links, payment intent IDs and payment status.
- Email and SMS delivery information from providers such as Brevo, including message status, delivery events and relevant tags.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, cookies, page usage and error logs.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to run Scheduli, provide booking pages, manage customer and business accounts, process subscription billing, support Stripe payments, send transactional email/SMS messages, manage reminders, improve the platform, prevent misuse and respond to support requests.
If you separately choose to receive Scheduli product news, offers or feature updates, we record that choice for the selected email or SMS channel. Marketing choices are optional, can be withdrawn at any time, and are kept separate from messages needed to provide your account or service.
4. Legal Bases
Depending on the situation, we process personal information because it is needed to provide the service or perform a contract, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving Scheduli, because we need to comply with legal obligations, or because consent has been given.
5. How Information Is Shared
- Customers and businesses: booking details are shared with the business a customer books with, and relevant business details are shown to the customer.
- Stripe: used for subscription billing, customer payments, connected accounts, invoices and payment processing.
- Brevo: used for transactional email and SMS delivery.
- tawk.to: used when a visitor chooses to open Scheduli live chat or leave an offline support message.
- Hosting and technical providers: used to host, secure, monitor and operate the platform.
- Legal or safety purposes: information may be shared where required by law, to protect rights, prevent fraud or respond to lawful requests.
6. Business Use of Customer Data
Businesses using Scheduli receive customer booking information so they can provide appointments and communicate with customers. Businesses are responsible for how they use customer data outside Scheduli and must comply with applicable data protection law.
7. Payments
Scheduli does not store full card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe may process payment, identity, fraud prevention, billing and compliance information according to its own terms and privacy notices.
8. Email, SMS and Marketing
Transactional messages may be sent for bookings, reminders, account security, password resets, subscription updates, payment updates and service notifications. Marketing messages will only be sent where permitted and where appropriate consent or another lawful basis applies.
9. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for login sessions, booking security and cookie preferences. With permission, analytics cookies may be used to improve Scheduli. Read our Cookie Policy for more information.
10. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Scheduli, support accounts, process bookings and payments, maintain records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is held.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including password hashing, access controls and secure third-party providers. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Your Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. To make a request, contact info@scheduli.co.uk.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Scheduli develops. The latest version will be published on this page.
